Reason is if we are not able to successfully communicate with an owner, how can we expect that it should work out with a potential tenant?
- We have a very high customer satisfaction rate (please read our customer testimonials.) However, if a customer reports issues we also immediately investigate. In case of incidents where we believe the quality and overall service of an apartment is no longer up to our standards we also remove that one from our site quickly.
